Her interest in the human body led her to study Anatomy and Physiology at the University at Buffalo, providing her with essential medical knowledge that supports her work in billing, coding, and healthcare administration at the JI. Alongside her academic pursuits, Jaina has earned certifications in Customer Service, Cosmetology, and Medical Billing and Coding, further enhancing her professional capabilities.
