Mr. Lippes is senior counsel with Lippes Mathias and is the firm's founder. In addition to his work in corporate and financial transactions, Mr. Lippes proudly serves on the board of the Buffalo Fine Arts Academy, as a member of the New York State Council on the Arts, and as a member of the Board of Directors of Gibraltar Industries, Inc., and Hamister Group of Companies, Inc. Mr. Lippes is the recipient of several community and civic awards.
