Courtney is Director of People & Operations at the JI and also oversees the coordination and execution of logistics, communications, and accommodations for three, annual medical conferences in Jackson Hole, W.Y., hosted by JI Meeting Services. She is also the friendly ambassador to both customers and visitors at the Jacobs Institute. She oversees the daily administrative functions and bookkeeping, and coordinating our beautiful meeting space.
Prior to the Jacobs Institute, Courtney served as a catering manager at the Hyatt Regency. She planned and oversaw events ranging from educational seminars, to weddings and galas for as many as 800 people. Courtney has extensive experience in hospitality where she served as a front office supervisor.
Courtney received her Bachelor’s degree from SUNY Buffalo State. She currently resides in Akron, NY with her husband, two children and rescued mastiff Spartacus and George the wonder dog. She is a coordinator with the Trinity Tupper Community Garden. Courtney is also a “big” through the Big Brother Big Sister Program in Buffalo.
