The JI provides industry with access to leading neurovascular, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and vascular surgeons, and boasts the latest hands-on learning tools. The JI offers advanced endovascular simulation capabilities along with a fully featured BioSkills lab for tissue management, a flexible array of meeting environments, and a comprehensive audio-video system for live case viewing and broadcasting.
The JI will coach you through your development process using various proven biodesign methods, sparking innovation and smart growth. We offer a comprehensive array of single- and multi-day programs for industry staff, engineers, and physicians alike.
We can host cadaveric, animal-based, and operating room experiences, as well as clinical immersion programs. All courses can be augmented with first-class medical simulation.
Our Clinical Training and Experiential Learning programs have established the JI as an elite global provider of advanced physician training and industry immersion programs. These programs are also provided to recognized government regulatory authorities, like the FDA. Our customized immersion and learning programs allow engineers and medical professionals to observe their devices in the clinical environment, leading to improved medical devices and accelerated learning. Since 2019, the JI has held more than a 150 training programs for over 4,000 physicians, engineers, and medical professionals from around the world.
The JI’s Education and Leadership program has become a learning destination for a variety of constituents ranging from school children to physicians, industry leaders, and government officials. Since 2012, more than 3,000 grade school students from all over WNY have visited us to learn about the brain, vascular disease, 3D printing, and clinical simulation. We also offer a robust nine-week summer internship program that provides college students with the opportunity to develop leadership skills and gain experiential learning.
